Research on the Construction of New Rural Credit Evaluation Ind ex System under the Background of Rural Governance Modernization

Based on sorting out the high intrinsic value coupling between modernization of rural governance and development credit system in China, following requirements revitalization principles evaluation index construction. This paper develops a new type by Delphi method Analytic hierarchy process, which contains 6 first-level indicators economic dimension, political cultural social ecological dimension incentive 23 second-level indicators. The results were also analyzed.
